  • Norman-based: non-profit organizations that primarily serve our hometown
  • Arts & Culture: visual arts, performing arts, and arts education
  • Placemaking: initiatives aimed at creating community gathering places
  • Active Lifestyles: initiatives that encourage people to move and explore
  • We require event sponsorship requests at least 60 days in advance

Volunteer

Fowler encourages our employees to engage in their communities through our Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP). Below, we've highlighted just a few of the many non-profits in our community who rely on volunteers as a starting place to plug in.

Fowler employees may use VIP for volunteering if eligible for the Voluntary Incentive Program. Employees accrue VIP paid time off in one-half day increments (equivalent 4 hours) per month each anniversary year based on the employee's date of hire, for a total of 6 days per anniversary year. Employees must request, in advance, any VIP paid time off in writing.

For more information or questions regarding volunteering in the community or the VIP program, please email webmaster@fowlerholding.com
